Mike Smith is a senior executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving strategic, operational, and organizational transformation across complex, decentralized environments. He partners closely with Boards, senior leadership teams, and municipal Councils to align people, capital, and infrastructure with long-term institutional goals.

 

Mike has led large, diverse portfolios, including $200M+ in capital programs, over 2 million square feet of infrastructure, and teams exceeding 450 staff. His expertise spans strategic advisory services, corporate real estate and facilities strategy, leasing and negotiations, financial modeling, and large-scale change initiatives. Known for clear judgment and disciplined execution, he consistently translates strategy into measurable outcomes, including the successful delivery of multi-year plans with high execution rates.
